Redesign your office, drawn to scale before a single desk moves.
We visit your site, measure every wall and pillar, and turn it into precise CAD drawings and 3D visuals — so you can see exactly how your new space will work before you commit to it.
Five steps from tape measure to move-in day
Every project follows the same sequence, in this order — so nothing gets specified against a space we haven't actually measured.
Free site visit
A designer visits your premises to understand how your team works, walk the space, and talk through what isn't working today.
Laser measure & survey
We record every wall, column, socket and door opening with laser measuring equipment — accurate to the millimetre.
CAD drawings & 3D visuals
Your survey becomes a scaled floor plan, then a full layout with furniture, storage and circulation space mapped out.
Proposal & quote
A fixed, itemised quote against the approved layout — what's included, lead times, and delivery dates, in writing.
Delivery & install
Our own install teams build the space out of hours or over a weekend where needed, so your team isn't disrupted.
One team, one quote, nothing left for you to coordinate
Redesign projects usually involve an architect, a furniture supplier, an electrician and an installer who've never spoken to each other. We run all of it under one project manager, so the drawing you sign off is the room you actually get.
- On-site measure & surveyLaser-accurate, including power, data and lighting positions.
- Scaled CAD floor plansEvery layout supplied as a to-scale technical drawing, not a sketch.
- 3D visuals of your actual spaceSee your own walls and windows, not a generic showroom render.
- Two rounds of revisions includedMove walls, swap layouts and adjust furniture before anything is ordered.
- Dedicated project managerOne point of contact from first visit through to final install.
See your office before you commit to a single item on it
Most furniture suppliers quote from a floor area and a guess. We quote from a drawing of your actual space, so what you approve is what gets built — down to socket positions and door swings.
Straightforward, upfront, no hidden survey fees
The design service itself is free — it's funded by the furniture and fit-out project that follows it. Here's exactly what's included and what it requires.
Redesign Your Office — service spec
DOC REF: RYO-001The design service is offered against projects with a minimum furniture spend of £3,000 + VAT. Below that threshold, we're still happy to quote — the free CAD service applies from £3,000 upward.

Millimetre-accurate surveys
Laser measuring tools remove the guesswork that leads to furniture that doesn't fit on delivery day.
One project manager, start to finish
A single point of contact across design, ordering, delivery and install — no chasing multiple suppliers.
Installed outside working hours
Evening, weekend and phased installs available so your team can carry on working around it.
In-house design team
No outsourced drawings — the person who surveys your site is the one who designs your layout.
Nationwide delivery & install
Our own install teams cover UK mainland sites, with the same crew from first fix to final snag.
Old furniture taken away
We remove and responsibly dispose of or donate existing furniture as part of the install.
We had three different suppliers quote off a floor plan none of them had actually walked. This was the first time someone measured the room, showed us a drawing of it, and the furniture that turned up matched it exactly.

Before you book a site visit
Is the site visit and design service really free?
Yes — the site visit, laser survey, CAD floor plans and 3D visuals are provided at no cost, on projects meeting the minimum furniture spend of £3,000 + VAT. You only pay for the furniture and installation itself.
What is the minimum spend for, exactly?
Producing a full survey and CAD design takes real design and site time. Setting a minimum project value lets us offer that work for free, because it's recovered through the furniture order that follows — rather than charging separately for design time on very small orders.
How long does the whole process take?
Most projects move from site visit to signed-off design within 10–14 working days, depending on revisions. Delivery and install timelines depend on the furniture specified and are confirmed in your proposal.
Can we make changes after seeing the CAD drawings?
Yes — two rounds of revisions are included as standard, so you can adjust layouts, swap furniture or reconfigure rooms before anything is ordered. Further revisions can be arranged if needed.
Do you cover sites outside the UK mainland?
Our design service covers sites UK-wide. Installation is available across UK mainland as standard; for other locations, get in touch and we'll confirm what's possible for your address.
